Colorado Association of Black Professional Engineers and Scientists

The Colorado Association of Black Professional Engineers and Scientists (CABPES) is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging and assisting African-American and underrepresented youth to pursue career choices in the engineering and applied science professions. By so doing, the number of minority technical professionals will increase to the level that better represents the minority population, while assisting these industries in meeting the growing demand for engineers and scientists.

CABPES is located at 4301 East Colfax Avenue in the Qwest building at Colfax and Bellaire. It is a secure building, so you must enter during class times or make previous arrangements at 303-329-6251. You must enter through the parking lot to access the building. The parking lot is closed after 5:00 p.m. Contact CABPES for the gate code.
